Ready, Set, Go! CMS Supplemental Files are DUE June 9th!
New plan year means new requirements and we want to help you meet these with speed and ease. The CMS Supplementary File Submission webcast will discuss features within Zynchros.com that will assist you in fulfilling these new requirements on your own as well as sharing with you our service offering that will significantly lighten your load in building and maintaining these reports for the initial submission window and subsequent update windows.
- Gap Coverage File (listing drugs where coverage is provided in the coverage gap)
- Free First Fill File (listing drugs available for zero cost at first fill)
- Home Infusion File (for MA-PD plan offerings indicating coverage of Part D home infusion drugs as part of a bundled service as a supplemental benefit under Part C)
- Excluded Drug File (for Part D plan offerings for enhanced alternative coverage of excluded drugs)
- OTC Drug File (for Part D plan offerings indicating payment for OTCs as part of a utilization management program)
Also, CMS begins accepting submissions for marketing materials on June 16, including the Part D Comprehensive Formulary and Part D Abridged Formulary. A new requirement for this year is a free-form Notes column, and identification of limited-access drugs and drugs provided under Free First Fill programs.
This webcast, led by David Smith, will provide you with instructions on how to do it yourself with Zynchros.com and how you can engage our services group to make creating these files and documents easier for you and your team.
