San Bernardino, CA/Seattle, WA – 1, February, 2007 – Inland Empire Health Plan today announced the successful implementation of Zynchros.com. IEHP will initially utilize Zynchros’ Pharmacy Program Management solutions to streamline regulatory compliance around their Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Plans, provide a centralized place to manage their Medicare Part D and Medicaid (Medi-Cal) formularies, and give members and prospective members a clear understanding of the value of IEHP drug benefit plans.
IEHP is firmly committed to improving the quality of care their 300,000 members receive. They were awarded their highest satisfaction scores ever for Member Services provided to Medi-Cal adult Members in 2006 Customer Assessment Health Plan Survey (CAHPS), finishing in the top 2% of 68 participating Medicaid health plans in the nation for this customer service category.
