(formerly ScriptIQ, Inc.), the nation’s leading developer of formulary management strategies, today introduced a management team that includes respected executives from well-established information technology companies such as WRQ, WatchGuard Technologies, Oracle and Insightful Corporation. The promotion of Robert Pinkerton to President and Chief Operating Officer (COO), and the additions of David Smith as Vice President of Product Management and Bob Stream as Vice President of Sales, are the result of accelerated market demand and the rapid expansion of the customer base for Zynchros.com, the company’s web-based formulary management system.

As President and COO, Pinkerton will manage the company’s progress toward its goals and strategic company vision. In his prior role as the company’s Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), he was responsible for advancing Zynchros’ marketing and branding initiatives. He has more than 20 years of proven, executive leadership experience and has extensive knowledge of document/content management, workflow and network security solutions through his work with companies such as WatchGuard Technologies Inc.

As Vice President of Product Management, Smith will be responsible for the development of Zynchros’s formulary lifecycle management solutions. He has more than 12 years of experience launching technology products across vertical markets that include the life sciences. Prior to joining Zynchros, he was Director of Product Management at Insightful Corporation, a developer of predictive analytics and reporting solutions.

As Vice President of Sales, Stream will manage the company’s sales initiatives and staff. He brings more than two decades’ experience in sales and management roles with software companies, including ADP, Oracle and WRQ, and has a strong track record of developing and leading highly successful international sales teams. Prior to joining Zynchros, he served as the Western Region Sales Director in the subscription software market.

The company also appointed several new key Directors, including Scott Pillsbury as Director, Customer Service and Mary Jochum as Director, Marketing Communications. In addition, Nicole Seakules and David Roby join Zynchros as Director, Sales for the Western Region and Central Region, respectively.
