CMS made available a revised Reference NDC File for  2009 formularies yesterday (Tuesday, 8/12).  This is a complete 2009 file that contains a number of revisions to product strengths that were compared to those listed in Reference NDC File released on August 6.  We have verified that the strengths listed in Zynchros.com (derived from Medi-Span) are correct and do not require any changes. As a result, the changes in the revised file are not material for Zynchros customers, and the changes by CMS have no effect on our customer?s formulary submissions.
