Director, Quality Assurance

Meredith has close to nine years of experience in leading quality assurance teams, building viable, full-service QA departments from the ground up. She is responsible for the Zynchros.com production environment, including: testing, configuration, change and release management and disaster recovery planning. In addition to her leadership duties, she has had the unique opportunity to operate outside traditional QA roles as an application support resource for a cross-platform, multi-million dollar insurance processing system. Since starting her career in QA, Meredith has received certifications in Software and Web testing as well as ITIL Control and Release Management processes.
